Chicdot Refund & Return Policy
At Chicdot India, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality kurtis and clothing, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are not accepted for customized or final-sale items.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp regarding the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
Non-returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Products purchased during clearance sales.

All Chicdot orders come with free delivery. Return pickup charges (if applicable) will be informed before processing.
